The biggest fear when changing clinic software is losing history: years of patients, visits and prescriptions. The move does not have to be a leap of faith.
Stage, then check
Data from your old system is first loaded into a staging area, not into live records. It is mapped field by field, and a dry run shows exactly what would be created, what looks duplicated and what needs fixing, before anything is committed.
Sign-off before commit
Nothing goes live until the clinic reviews the dry run and signs off. The person who signed and the time are recorded.
A way back
If something looks wrong after the import, the whole batch can be rolled back. Everything the batch created is removed, and the clinic can fix the mapping and try again.
History stays history
Imported records are kept as migrated history, clearly marked as coming from the previous system, so doctors can see a patient's past while new notes are written and signed in MargDoc Pro.
Our onboarding team runs the migration with you, so the first day on MargDoc Pro starts with the history your doctors expect.
