Clinic billing that talks to your accounts: invoices, payments and Marg ERP

Invoices, receipts, credit notes and insurance claims in one place, with every financial document posted to Marg ERP so the accounts always match the front desk.

Clinic billing is rarely just one invoice. There are packages, advance payments, refunds, insurance and government schemes, and at the end of the month the accounts have to agree with what the front desk collected.

One place for money in and out

  • Invoices and receipts numbered per branch and financial year, so the sequence is never broken.
  • Credit notes instead of edits: a finalised invoice is never changed, it is corrected with a credit note, which keeps the audit trail clean.
  • Tax handled where it applies, line by line, so consultations, procedures and products are each treated correctly.
  • Payments by cash, card, UPI or a payment link, with refunds netted in the collections report.

Posted to Marg ERP

Every financial document is posted to Marg ERP accounting through a queue. If the connection is down, billing carries on and the postings catch up later, with any failure visible rather than silent.

Insurance and schemes

Claims for TPAs, insurers and government schemes are prepared from the same invoices, with the documents each payer requires, so the front desk does not re-type anything.

The result: the doctor sees today's revenue on the dashboard, and the accountant sees the same figure in Marg ERP.
