Will it work with my pharmacy and my lab?
It is built for them. A signed prescription routes to Marg ERP's pharmacy software with item codes already resolved, and dispensing status comes back so you know whether the patient actually collected the medicine. Lab orders go to MargLabz as a complete FHIR request and results return as structured values. If you use a different pharmacy system or lab, the same contracts apply.
Can I move my existing records across?
Yes — from paper, spreadsheets or another EMR. Migration maps your fields and legacy codes, runs a mandatory dry run with a downloadable error report, checks for duplicates before creating any, and needs a named sign-off before anything commits. Migrated records are permanently marked with their source, so you always know which history you wrote and which you inherited. Your old patient numbers are kept alongside the new ones.
What happens when the internet drops?
You keep working. The doctor app holds an encrypted, minimal cache of the day's patients and lets you capture vitals, notes and draft prescriptions offline. The front desk app keeps issuing tokens and checking patients in. Everything syncs on reconnect, conflicts are shown to you rather than merged silently, and a prescription is only finalised once it has been validated against the live record.
